About the Rol
eIn this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end litigation operations, and pre-litigation and recovery related legal actions. The role involves issuing and tracking legal notices, coordinating with external counsel, and representing the Company before courts and appropriate forums, including presenting evidence and attending hearings. You will also support mediation processes (online and court-referred) and contribute to scaling structured legal workflows across geographies.



This position offers hands-on exposure to high-volume litigation, court procedures, financial services recovery frameworks, and legal operations management within a rapid-growing organisation

What We Expect From Y
ouManage the end-to-end procedural lifecycle of litigation, including pre-litigation, legal notices, filings, and post-filing stages, in coordination with internal teams and external counse
l.Prepare, issue, and track legal notices, monitor statutory timelines, and track customer responses and repaymen
