? Hiring: Hospitality Trainer – Ahmedabad

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join our team in Ahmedabad.

? Position: Hospitality Trainer

? Location: Ahmedabad

? Experience Required: 3–5 years in the hospitality industry

? Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

? Working Days

Monday to Saturday

Sunday: Weekly off

? Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

? Key Responsibilities

Train and mentor hospitality staff and trainees

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions

Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Assess trainee performance and provide feedback

Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality practices





Support placement readiness and industry grooming of candidates

✅ Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation skills

Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards

Leadership and team management abilities

Ability to motivate and guide trainees effectively

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)
