What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of CXG Learn, our mobile-first learning platform for luxury and premium brands. CXG Learn is evolving from standalone modules into a scalable ecosystem of premium, engaging,
“Insta-story” style learning paths — and we need a designer who can create content that feels as elevated as the brands we serve.
This is hands-on design work built directly inside our learning-authoring platform, not just file delivery. The ideal candidate has a robust visual eye, a premium sensibility, and a genuine appetite to learn new tools and experiment as we build.
A note on tools: Much of this role happens inside Autrice, our learning-authoring platform, and similar tools — not the usual design software. They’re simple but different, so a willingness to learn and iterate is essential, and you should expect an initial trial-and-error phase as we establish the best ways of working together. We value designers who are comfortable with that.
