Evaluation of the strategic objectives of the PSA about the Project and advising on the commercials concerning applicable Laws.
Collection, compilation, and analysis of relevant financial data relating to all costs and revenues.
Review cost estimates contained in the Feasibility Report.
Prepare a reasonable estimation of the likely revenues.
Assisting the Authority in the identification of project risks and in the allocation of the same efficiently and economically.
Identification and quantification of the estimated financial impact of the Project on government resources.
Development of various possible alternatives for revenue maximization, and preparation of Revenue Model for the Project.
Advising on tax-related issues arising out of the Project structuring.
Preparation of a consolidated list of approvals/consents/clearances required from government Authorities; and
Assist in preparation of Bid documents including the relevant Schedules of the Concession Agreement.
Prepare IRR (Internal rate of return).
Estimate material quantities costs for buildings as per schedule of rates.
To prepare tender and contract documents – this can include bills of quantities with the client and architect.
To undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work.
Meeting clients to determine their needs and discuss any areas that need revising for price or feasibility.
Calculating material quantities and costs.
Preparation of data rates.
Preparation of DPR, BOQ.
