Brief Description about the role:
The Electrification Core engineering team requires experienced power electronics system engineers to apply best in class design & analysis skills and derive system specifications, requirements for delivering Jaguar Land Rover's in-house electronic design, charging system for PHEV & BEV. Objective is to deliver levels of reliability and robustness exceeding anything that we have seen before.

Skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential:
Master, bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic/instrumentation/mechanical engineering
Essential Qualifications




Bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Engineering.
10+ years in automotive embedded software, with at least 5 years in Integration testing leadership.
Proven experience in ASPICE SWE.5 methodologies, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Ability to define and ensure compliance with SWE.5 integration test outcomes, including traceability, coverage, and audit readiness.
Strong expertise in AUTOSAR BSW Integration (Com Stack, MCAL, OS, NVM,RTE, SWCs).
Robust skills in coordinating OEMs, suppliers, and test teams to align on integration scope, entry/exit criteria, and defect resolution.
Knowledge of ISO 26262 and cybersecurity standards, ensuring integration tests validate safety-critical and secure behaviours.
Board bring-up experience on at least One to two automotive microcontrollers (e.g., TI F28P65X, Infineon TC397, NXP S32K358, NXP S9KEAZN).
Familiarity with ASPICE-compliant developme
