Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Hyper Automation (RPA) & AI/ML to guide our automation engineering team. In this role, you will lead the transition of our team into a highly productive, service-based unit that offers end-to-end (E2E) development and delivery of automation and AI/ML-powered applications.
As a technical and people leader, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, designing complex RPA workflows, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML models (including Gen AI),



and mentoring a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact business solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership & E2E Service Delivery
Drive E2E Service Delivery: Lead the team in analyzing complex business processes and executing end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation services.
Architecture & Design: Oversee the solution design of advanced RPA workflows using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and resilient.
AI/ML & Gen AI Integration: Direct the integration of AI/ML algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Gen AI capabilities (such as chatbots and document automation) into traditional RPA workflows.
Technical Governance: Establish and enforce development best practices, reusable code repositories, frameworks, and coding standards.
