The platform will initially power the U.S. staffing market while being designed to support global recruiting operations, including India.

The Opportunity: This is not a maintenance role ~ This is a build-from-zero prospect.

You'll work directly with business leaders to design and develop an AI-powered recruiting platform that automates the complete staffing lifecycle—from job intake to candidate placement and beyond.

You won't simply consume AI APIs.

You'll architect intelligent systems, build AI agents, automate workflows, integrate business applications,and help create a product that could redefine how staffing organizations operate.
