Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Robotics, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

they help clients scale autonomy initiatives with precision and
efficiency.

Job Summary

Our client is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect to
lead and scale its Autonomy Service Line (AV, ADAS, Robotics, UAVs).
Reporting to the COO, this strategic and hands-on role will drive
business growth, technical solutioning, and client engagement.

Main Responsibilities

Solution Design & Technical Leadership
- Design and align autonomy solutions with client needs and internal capabilities.




- Lead technical discussions, scope problem statements, and define performance targets.
- Guide pilot projects and support operations with advanced reviews and technical insights.

Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and qualify autonomy-related opportunities.
- Lead RFP/RFI processes, develop pricing models, and drive pre-sales technical efforts.
- Act as a technical advisor to engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

Client Advocacy & Delivery Support
- Partner with delivery teams to optimize workflows and troubleshoot challenges.
- Lead technical workshops and solution ideation sessions for clients.

Main Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, AI/ML operations, or data annotation for AV, ADAS, Robotics, or UAVs.
- Deep tech Autonomy knowledge in data operations and systems behavior, from the early stage R&D; to product deployment.
