About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and curious Digital Analyst with 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and customer insights. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable recommendations, have robust analytical skills, and be eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a recognized university / institution
Key Responsibilities
Analyze website, app, and digital marketing performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
Use digital analytics platforms to track customer behavior and measure campaign effectiveness.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL.
Collaborate with marketing, product, CRM, and business teams to provide actionable insights.
Support implementation and validation of tracking requirements and analytics tags.




Present findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner to business stakeholders.
Continuously explore and adopt new analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using BI tools.
Understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and web/app analytics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager.
Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
