Capital Bolts & Hardwares is a 65+ year legacy organization specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial fasteners. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-driven HR & Operations Manager who can effectively lead Human Resources while driving operational excellence across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Handle manpower planning, workforce optimization, and succession planning.
Oversee performance management, probation reviews, KRAs/KPIs, and annual appraisals.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and conflict resolution..
Build a positive work culture and promote employee engagement.
Operations Management:
Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Coordinate with all department heads to track productivity and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
Ensure timely execution of management decisions and cross-functional coordination.
Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Drive process automation and digital initiatives, including Google Workspace and workflow management tools.
Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of organizational systems such as FMS (Follow-up Management System).
Conduct regular review meetings and follow up on action items.
Desired Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in HR and Operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
Experience in implementing SOPs and operational processes.
