About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 5–7+ years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS Bedrock, Agent-Based AI Systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Model (LLM) integration. You will play a key role in building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI applications powered by generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI systems using AWS services.
- Build scalable AI applications leveraging AWS Bedrock, foundation models, and LLMs.
- Develop serverless AI workflows using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI workflows for complex business processes.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-grade applications.
- Develop secure REST APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications.
- Optimize AI model performance, latency,



scalability, and cost.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, and Product teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Implement monitoring, logging, security, and governance for AI workloads.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–7+ years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock.
- Solid experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
- Expertise in Agent-Based AI Systems.
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
