Role Description The Restaurant Captain is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across CHPL concepts.



This role oversees daily service operations, including table allocation, order taking, coordination with kitchen and bar, and service quality checks to ensure smooth, timely, and courteous service. The Restaurant Captain guides and supports service staff, conducts pre-service briefings, reinforces menu and service standards, and helps resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. The role involves monitoring food and beverage presentation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and assisting with upselling and special promotions. The Restaurant Captain also contributes to training new team members, maintaining accurate billing, and ensuring that all guests receive consistent, high-quality service aligned with CHPL’s brand ethos.
