The Workday Report Writer is responsible for development and maintaining reports in Workday to support business operations, particularly in HR and finance. This role involves developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
This role is crucial in driving our reporting strategy and governance. Owning the legacy reporting gap and enable a solid ownership of report writing at Sanofi. The ideal candidate will have extensive training in report writing and ability to translate HR data into reporting language. In this role you will design, configure and manage Workday Reports to capture global and local reporting needs on complex data structure and legislation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and very skilled and experienced Workday Report Writer to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
- Report Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, to ensure complex business needs are met
- Extensive knowledge on Prism required, with evidence of numerous projects including headcount reporting, strategic workforce planning, financial data merges
- Experience in developing numerous discovery boards leveraging data across Workday modules
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing system audit reports and recommending process improvements. Create a Reporting Governance which is adapted across the company to ensure adherence to data standards and reporting hygiene. Experienced in setting up reporting governance, naming conventions for global reporting catalogue and cleansing reporting in Workday to ensur
