The Integrated Commercial Director – Field Development is responsible for leading complex commercial and proposal activities for integrated upstream field development opportunities. The role develops commercial frameworks, supports customer negotiations, and ensures proposals and agreements deliver shareholder value while addressing technical, operational, financial, and contractual risks.
This position requires strong E&P; business development experience, knowledge of upstream field development practices,



and the ability to translate end-to-end technical development plans into fit-for-purpose commercial structures.

As an Integrated Commercial Director - Field Development, you will be responsible for:
- Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handle complex products, services, and systems requiring technical knowledge and understanding of the setting where the products or systems will be used. Products and systems are client-specific and require technical analysis and system design to fit client conditions.
- Lead the commercial structuring of integrated field development opportunities, including pricing, scope definition, contracting strategy, risk allocation, and customer value proposition.
