The Global Category Procurement Operations Senior Analyst / Specialist supports global category procurement teams in executing sourcing-related activities, managing supplier interactions, and ensuring responsive, compliant operational support across procurement processes. This role serves as a key operational partner to category teams, helping to manage requests, supplier issues, stakeholder communication, and transactional or tactical sourcing activities.
The position contributes to procurement performance through supplier engagement, issue resolution, support in negotiations, compliance with fraud prevention controls, and identification of process improvement opportunities. Operating in a global environment, this role requires strong collaboration, analytical capability,



customer service orientation, and understanding of end-to-end procurement operations.
At more advanced levels, the role includes leading supplier negotiations, developing negotiation strategies based on category insights and data analysis, acting as a trusted partner to category leaders, and mentoring less experienced team members.
