DESCRIPTION:
As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the channel operations team. This role involves performing a wide variety of tasks, providing an opportunity to learn many aspects of channel management and operations. Your focus will be on implementing process-based support and identifying areas for process improvement. You will be integral to channel operations, including SKU enablement,



with much focus on data analysis, maintenance, & reporting.

This role requires exceptional flexibility and adaptability, as priorities and initiatives may shift rapidly in response to the multifaceted market landscape and channel needs. The ability to learn quickly, maintain high quality and intent in all that you do, and actively prioritize will be critical to the success of this role and the team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support data entry and overall SKU enablement maintenance process
- Access and manage channel portals to support processes, pull data, and provide reporting where needed
- Maintain and provide monthly dashboard updates, including data consolidation and archival
- Track and report on team initiatives, including channel and team goals
- Coordinate with the channel team to provide timely updates to all members as assigned
- Coordinate with additional teams and functions as needed
