Job Title: Product Consultant: Adobe Learning Manager (LMS)

Overview:

As a Product Consultant for Adobe Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our LMS solution – Adobe Learning Manager for our customers during onboarding. This role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance to clients to ensure their specific needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in LMS implementation, project management, and client relationship management.

What You’ll Do:

Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple LMS implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, and within scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.

Customer Consultation:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase,



providing expert advice and support.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and tailor LMS solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Translate complex technical information for customers, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the system.
- Facilitate customer training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Learning Manager.

Technical Expertise:
- Implement configuration, customization, and integration of Adobe Learning Manager with other customer systems.
- Help customers set up SSO, Out-of-the-box and API integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to prioritize and resolve any roadblocks to implementation.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Create detailed implementation documentation, including project plans, configuration guides, and training materials.
