Patient Care Support
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Support patients in maintaining personal hygiene and comfort.
- Assist in transferring, positioning, and transporting patients safely.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients when required.

Clinical Assistance
- Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation as directed.
- Assist nurses during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Collect and transport specimens to the laboratory as required.
- Observe and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

Patient Safety & Infection Control
- Follow infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, beds, and care areas.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of medical waste.
- Support patient safety initiatives and fall-prevention measures.
