Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to execute banking related transaction activities such as maintenance of accounts and balances as well as tracking of collections/ redemptions and dividends to ensure that payments to customers & vendors happen in a timely and compliant manner. To implement all banking operations transactions within timelines and as per regulatory guidelines and prepare all MIS/ Reports in an accurate manner and support all audit requirements effectively.

Maintain transaction accuracy, despite high transaction volumes, crucial from regulatory, reputational and profitability perspectives.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in customer payouts they are important in building competitive advantage and enhancing service quality.
Strong monitoring and timely reconciliation of accounts is necessary for optimal funds deployment and fund house profitability.
Manage complexity of operational scale due to large number of accounts with wide-ranging limits and usages and large number of movements of funds





Key Challenges for the role are as follows:
To liaison with PSU banks that work predominantly through their branches and have lengthy account opening processes and extract records from them within stringent timelines.
To carry out reconciliations across over 1000 accounts and ensure balances and limits are not breached.
To ensure timely collection of funds to avoid overdrafts in accounts.
To interact with a significant number of stakeholders across various banks on a daily basis.
