As a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate within Home Lending Servicing P&A;, you will focus on managing stress testing, budgeting, and reporting activities while promoting insightful financial analysis and governance across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the centralized execution of Stress Testing activities for Home Lending business.
- Managing the stress testing reporting deliverables and performing deep dive analyses and interpretation of variances
- Conduct detail business and process due-diligence in order to develop the functional requirement documents.
- Plan the UAT testing, test cases and work with the business users for UAT test execution & assist in developing the training documentation.
- Documenting forecasting models migrating to the strategic forecasting platform as well as receiving sign-offs / approvals from review groups (Business / Firm-wide model documentation review groups).




Partnering with tech team to communicate remediate any issues
- Managing continual financial processes and reporting including month end, actuals, budget, forecast of various financial and headcount/resourcing metrics and scenarios/views and variance analysis, providing business rational for the Home Lending Servicing financial performance and forecasting
- Ensure reports are insightful and contain commentary on key movements and watch items
- Helping design recent reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management. Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible. Prepare insightful, high quality Senior Management presentations
- Gain overall knowledge and understanding of Home Lending Servicing portfolio and its value to CCB and JPMC
- Ability to identify and leverage best practices from other Home Lending Groups.
