- Proactively source and engage engineering candidates

✅ PLM (Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill)
✅ CAD (CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks)
✅ Industrial Engineering
- Own full-cycle recruitment: screening resumes, conducting tech-fit interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and driving offer negotiations with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles using Boolean search, ATS tools, and outreach automation—while ensuring 72-hour candidate response SLAs.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define success metrics, and design interview playbooks for engineering roles.
