About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Infrastructure & Analytics to own and scale our internal data ecosystem.



This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, with responsibility for building robust data pipelines, enabling reporting across the organization, and guiding dashboard development across multiple product lines.
You will play a critical role in shaping how data is collected, structured, and consumed—driving impact in a deeply data-driven organization where data is central to every decision

What you’ll do (Job responsibilities):
Data Infrastructure & Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain scalable internal data infrastructure
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to move data from systems like Firestore and Spanner into BigQuery
- Ensure data is properly structured, modeled, and optimized for analytics and reporting
- Maintain reliability, performance, and data quality across pipelines

Reporting & Data Delivery
- Own internal and external reporting systems across
