The Digital Marketing Manager leads the company’s marketing automation, lead management, data enrichment, and demand generation infrastructure across Salesforce, Pardot, and ZoomInfo. This role drives lead quality, data governance, funnel efficiency, and revenue growth through automation, segmentation, analytics, and operational excellence.

· Own the administration, governance, optimization, and strategic roadmap for Pardot and ZoomInfo.
· Develop and optimize lead management, audience segmentation, nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle programs.
· Manage data enrichment, prospecting, and account intelligence strategies to improve lead quality and sales effectiveness.
· Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance across Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and integrated systems.
· Monitor and resolve platform synchronization, automation, and data integrity issues.
· Align processes, reporting, and funnel performance with larger business needs.
