Overview
The Agency Development Manager plays a crucial role in the development and execution of business strategies to drive sustainable growth and expansion for the company. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a team of agents or representatives to effectively sell the company’s products and services. Additionally, they establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies, monitor performance metrics, and drive the achievement of sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents or representatives.
- Set sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the agency network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
