Qualification: MS / DNB in General Surgery

Experience: Minimum 4 years as Assistant Professor + 2 research publications (as per NMC norms)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee UG & PG teaching, surgical skill labs, and academic evaluations
- Supervise OT, ward rounds, and post-op management
- Lead a surgical unit and handle complex surgical cases independently
- Guide PG students in thesis, seminars, and journal writing
- Participate in MLC handling, internal audits, and clinical governance
- Mentor junior faculty and contribute to institutional academic leadership
