About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Leader from the Ed-Tech industry to head our marketing vertical and drive brand visibility, digital performance, and customer acquisition across online and offline channels. Ideal candidates should have strong experience working in top-tier EdTech companies like BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, Vedantu, Great Learning, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (Digital, ATL, BTL, TTL).
- Lead the end-to-end brand, communication, and campaign strategies to elevate market presence.
- Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.
- Supervise brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, offline campaigns, and vendor collaborations.




- Analyze customer behavior and define customer personas to improve targeting.
- Drive performance marketing via SEO, SEM, affiliate networks, paid ads, and remarketing.
- Manage web, CRM, and email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Business teams to align goals and maximize ROI.
- Monitor competitive landscape and adapt marketing strategies dynamically.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and third-party vendors to meet campaign goals.
- Plan and execute offline marketing events, webinars, and community-led programs.

Desired Profile

✅ Proven experience as Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies (e.g., BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, etc.)

✅ Hands-on experience running successful digital campaigns and performance marketing strategies.

✅ Deep understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, social platforms, SEO tools, CRM, and automation platform
