The CLM System Specialist supports the enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management platform used by ~700 users across Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT. This role ensures the system remains secure, compliant, and audit ready while driving user adoption and supporting long term CLM capability. The specialist manages daily operations, vendor coordination, SOX controls, user support,



and data quality governance. This position will be available in Gurgaon, India.

This role ensures the CLM platform remains operational, compliant, and scalable, protecting SOX controls and supporting mission‑critical contracting processes across the enterprise.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Governance & Operations
- Manage user access, workflows, and day‑to‑day CLM system operations.
- Support releases, enhancements, and roadmap execution with IT and business teams.

Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for CLM Vendor/s.
- Oversee incidents, service requests, SLAs, and contractual adherence.
- Lead weekly vendor tactical/operational meetings.

SOX Controls & Compliance
- Execute SOX/ITGC controls for the CLM platform.
- Maintain audit evidence, access reviews, change logs, and documentation.
