About this Role





We are seeking a highly experienced qualified to lead complex technology programmes within Software Engineering at our Pune location. This role focuses on delivering high-value projects within defined KPIs, driving customer engagement, and shaping project management frameworks. The individual will play a critical role in managing large-scale Application Development programmes (2–5M USD), ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering team development and organisational improvement.
