Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Research, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors
- Assess and ensure the quality of purchased products.
- Knowledge of SAP MM Module
- Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO).
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment as required.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports
- Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and recent suppliers
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain effective communication.
- Address and resolve quality issues at the supplier's end.
