•To receiving patient, examining them, writing history and finding in the case sheet. To take patients & / or relatives signature on the same
•To prepare the parents for procedures & operations.
•To perform procedures after consulting the clinical association / Consultant informed.
•To take detailed daily rounds on reporting & leaving duty, to write relevant notes with date & time in progress notes.
•To inform all referrals to consultants, communicate their advice to primary consultant / Intensivist & follow their advice for investigation & treatment.
•To complete all relevant entry and data in the patient file.
•Follow all Medico-legal formalities.
•To work in coordination with staff nurse & colleague doctors




•To perform detailed handling over of the patient to the next duty doctor.
•To attend all CME activities in the department and hospital
•To take rounds with seniors
•To conduct bedside practical training for nurses.
•To inform the patient's conditions to the relatives when required.
•To attend any emergency calls in the day care / OPD as & when directed, only after informing the consultant Intensivist.

To perform any other duties assigned to the consultant Intensivist / medical Director from time to time.
