We are looking for a creative and proactive social media & marketing executive to manage our brand's digital presence, content creation, campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, trend-aware, and capable of planning and executing marketing initiatives from concept to completion while driving audience growth and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Manage and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
Develop and maintain the content calendar for weekly, monthly, seasonal, and campaign-based content.
Coordinate and execute content shoots, including scripts, locations, props, products, models, and creative requirements.
Manage weekly subscription box marketing, including subscription cards and promotional content.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, florists, models, influencers, and other external partners.




Source, negotiate, manage, and track influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, giveaways, product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Drive growth in social media traffic, audience reach, engagement, and follower base through strategic content and campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and identify recent content opportunities.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
Track key social media metrics, website traffic from social platforms, campaign performance, and ROI using analytics tools.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Organize and maintain marketing assets, content libraries, campaign documentation, and creative resources.
