Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate recent business opportunities within the infrastructure and construction industry.
Research and approach EPC contractors, real estate developers, infrastructure companies, consultants, government agencies, and project owners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable service proposals.
Assist in preparing proposals, capability statements, presentations, and commercial offers.
Participate in tender inquiries, pre-bid discussions, and client interactions.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, CRM, and lead database.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums, whenever required.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless project handover after business acquisition.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
