The 'Operations Associate' is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all Shades of Spring locations by coordinating dispatch, inventory, reporting, vendor management, Shopify operations, and cross-functional activities. The role acts as the operational control tower, ensuring timely execution, accurate reporting, process compliance and continuous operational improvements while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily operations across Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad to ensure smooth execution of dispatch, inventory and operational activities.
Monitor daily dispatch operations across all cities, including rider assignment, dispatch SLA, QC compliance, Shopify updates, order fulfillment, customer experience and timely resolution of operational issues.
Manage dry inventory, packaging inventory and consumables across warehouses by monitoring stock levels, inventory ageing, stock transfers and timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
Conduct inventory audits, perform goods receipt note (GRN) processes,



maintain accurate inventory records, and support inventory reconciliation.
Raise purchase requests (PRs), coordinate purchase orders (POs), follow up with vendors on production, dispatch, and delivery schedules, and coordinate with the finance team for vendor payments and invoice reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards, dispatch reports, KPI trackers, and operational MIS with high accuracy.
Manage Shopify inventory, product master, categories, SKUs, pricing and website product listings, ensuring accurate product information, stock availability, inventory synchronization and timely product launches.
Monitor first-time customer experience, delivery feedback and operational complaints, identify recurring issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
