Key Responsibilities
• Prepare loan account-level commission payout workings for partners and DSAs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms
• Address and resolve partner queries related to payout workings, invoices, and payment details within defined TAT
• Facilitate partner onboarding and creation of requisite reports/processes for smooth go-live
• Support preparation of monthly provision files and ensure submission to the relevant teams
• Own, manage and track the FLDG partnerships end to end including DLG invocations and regulatory compliance
• Manage Yields, NIMs, Opex for the business, liaison with relevant teams to maintain & track the business targets
• Manage TDS processes,



including reconciliation and refunds
• Lead internal audits/independent audits/RBI audits
• Support Budgeting & Planning for the business
• Track and maintain monthly RoA metrics for assigned partnerships, ensuring profitability benchmarks are achieved
• Monitor budget vs actual performance, identifying and reporting key variances for corrective action
• Review and monitor monthly Opex allocations, ensuring expenses are accurately classified and preventing misallocation to the respective line of business
