Growth Product Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customers, product, and business.

In this role, you'll own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, build robust relationships with key stakeholders, and act as the voice of the customer within the product organization. You'll identify opportunities to improve customer adoption, drive account growth, and influence the product roadmap by translating customer insights into impactful product initiatives.

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines product thinking with commercial ownership. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform while driving measurable business outcomes.

Own and manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customer accounts, ensuring long-term customer success.

Drive product adoption by understanding customer workflows and helping them maximize value from the platform.

Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through additional products, features, or modules.

Own renewals and contribute to revenue growth through strategic account management.

Conduct regular customer conversations to understand pain points, business challenges, and evolving requirements.

Gather structured customer feedback and translate it into actionable product insights.

Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to prioritize features based on customer demand, business impact, and strategic goals.

Define product requirements and support feature development from discovery through launch.
