Department Overview
The Core Platform Services team is responsible for the development and operations of critical cloud infrastructure, reliability, security and Business operational services, in support of Motorola Solutions' public and hybrid cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for public safety customers. This team is part of Motorola Solutions’ Software Enterprise division, which offers secure, reliable and efficient team communications, workflow and operational intelligence solutions for mission critical public safety and enterprise markets throughout the world.



Our services leverage Cloud Computing infrastructure on Azure, AWS and GCP to build at scale.
Job Description
Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.

Basic Requirements
- Strong experience in backend engineering with Node.js and Python.
- Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend architectural patterns.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and writing optimized queries.
- Familiarity with validation, testing, and debugging practices.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
