Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our human resource functions with a key focus on recruiting, onboarding, and managing restaurant-related staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant roles such as chefs, kitchen staff, servers, stewards, baristas, and front-of-house personnel.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality talent through job portals, agencies, walk-ins, and local hiring drives.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews, coordinate interviews with outlet managers, and ensure timely hiring.
- Manage onboarding, induction,



and training for new hires to ensure smooth integration into MHL’s culture and operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist with staff scheduling coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Address employee grievances, conduct exit interviews, and ensure timely offboarding processes.
- Support in organizing team engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Contribute to policy implementation, performance reviews, and workplace compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or service industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
