About the Role

Valion E Assets Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and highly organized Outreach Coordinator to support the Founder's Office in expanding strategic relationships with Family Offices, HNIs, UHNIs, CXOs, Investors, Corporates, and Industry Leaders.

The role focuses on outreach, lead generation, meeting coordination, and maintaining professional relationships while working closely with the Founder and leadership team.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach & Networking
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Connect with Family Offices, HNIs, CXOs, founders, investors, developers, and strategic partners.




- Introduce the company's services and schedule meetings for the Founder.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

Lead Generation & Database Management
- Build and maintain a verified database of prospects.
- Conduct online research to identify recent business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach trackers.
- Update client information and interaction history.

Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings, virtual calls, and appointments for the Founder.
- Coordinate calendars and send meeting confirmations.
- Prepare meeting lists and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure timely follow-ups after every meeting.

Business Development Support
- Support the Founder and Business Development team in strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and company profiles.
- Coordinate with internal teams for business proposals and client requirements.
- Track business opportunities from initiation to closure.
