, customers, architects and interior designers experience lighting before specifying it for their projects.

Role

We are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive
who will be responsible for managing customer interactions from the first enquiry through experience-centre visits, quotations, follow-ups and handover to the sales team.

This is
not a desk-only customer service role
.

You will be expected to actively engage customers, understand their requirements, maintain systematic follow-ups and help move enquiries towards business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-in customers.
- Welcome and coordinate customers visiting the MIRAI Experience Centre.




- Understand basic project requirements and capture complete lead information.
- Explain JÖVÖ's company profile, products and lighting solutions after training.
- Schedule appointments and experience-centre demonstrations.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the appropriate Sales Manager.
- Follow up on quotations, meetings, samples and pending customer decisions.
- Maintain CRM/lead records accurately and update every interaction.
- Coordinate between customers, sales, design, accounts and technical teams.
- Follow up for customer feedback after project completion.
- Maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers and customers.
- Ensure no genuine enquiry is lost because of delayed or poor follow-up.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, hospitality, retail, real estate, interiors, building materials or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Kannada
