Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹15000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with taxation and compliance, and the ability to manage financial transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Handle GST billing, GST return filing, and ensure statutory compliance.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process vendor payments and customer collections.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor stock records and perform inventory reconciliation.
Assist in budgeting,



forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records and compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable tax regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or ERP/accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial statement preparation and MIS reporting.
