Job Summary:

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and bills of quantities for civil construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of measurement, estimation, and billing processes. Certification from Bhadani’s QS Institute will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Carry out quantity take-off for civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Assist in tender preparation, rate comparison, and bid evaluation.
- Verify and certify contractor running account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, and cost control reports.
- Maintain measurement books and quantity records.
- Coordinate with site team, architects, and project managers for accurate documentation.
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, estimation, and billing.
- Good command over AutoCAD, MS Excel, and measurement techniques.
- Understanding of IS codes, CPWD/PWD specifications, and rate analysis.
- Ability to work with drawings and prepare accurate quantities.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quantity Surveying from Bhadani’s QS Institute
- Experience in estimation, billing, or quantity surveying roles

Experience:
- 0–3 years / 1–4 years (as per requirement)

Note: Candidates with certification from Bhadani’s QS Institute will be given robust preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
