Location - Goregaon - Mumbai

Working Hours - 9 am to 6 pm

Working Days - Mon to Fri

- Recruitment Planning
- Talent Sourcing
- Candidate Screening & Selection
- Offer & Pre-Joining Management
- Recruitment Administration
- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

Duties and Responsibilities of HR Operations:
- Offer Release & Joining Formalities
- Employee Onboarding
- Spine HRMS Administration
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Performance Management
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Exit Management
- HR MIS & Reporting

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream, HR course preferred
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience in Recruitment or HR Operations

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
