We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to lead the API Engineering and Integration practice. The individual will be responsible for designing, building, governing, and scaling enterprise APIs that power digital channels, partner ecosystems, fintech integrations, customer journeys, and internal applications.

The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in API architecture, microservices, cloud-native development, enterprise integration, DevSecOps, and distributed systems, along with robust leadership capabilities to drive engineering excellence across internal teams and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

API Strategy & Architecture

Define enterprise API architecture, standards, and best practices.
Design scalable REST and event-driven APIs.
Build reusable API frameworks and integration patterns.
Drive API-first architecture across Digital & Data initiatives.
Define versioning, lifecycle management, and API governance.

Engineering Leadership

Lead a team of API developers and integration engineers.
Review architecture and code to ensure high engineering quality.




Establish coding standards and engineering best practices.
Mentor engineers and conduct technical design reviews.
Build reusable components and accelerators.
