We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategy team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Executive – Strategy, Analytics & Operations
The ideal candidate for this role will excel if they can keep calm in a high-pressure environment. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all the administrative work, making sure the delegate & CEO’s operations run smoothly.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

We will count on you to:
1. Calendar & Travel Management:
Meticulous control, coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and flow of information to senior management, as assigned.
2. Meeting Coordination & Communication:
Organize and schedule meetings, conferences,



and events. Prepare meetings agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
Responsible for solid effective communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, preparing effective presentations and interfacing with clients on behalf of the CEO.
3. Data Management & Reporting
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene across reports and systems
Work with CRM data (Zoho CRM preferred) to track sales, pipeline, and deal metrics
Automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting effort wherever possible
Act as a single point of contact for standard business and performance reporting
4. Operational Efficiency & Automation
Support operational processes such as deal desk management, deal flow tracking, and pricing analytics
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose data-driven improvements
Build scalable processes as the business grows
