Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct neurological tests, evaluate levels of consciousness (e.g., Glasgow Coma Scale), and monitor vital signs and reflexes.
Critical Care & Procedures: Manage specialized neurological equipment (e.g., ICP monitors, ventilators) and assist physicians with bedside procedures, lumbar punctures, and EEGs.
Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed IV and oral medications, tracking for adverse neurological reactions.
Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Prepare patients for neurosurgery, monitor for surgical complications, and manage neurological recovery.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous medical records regarding patient progress, treatment responses, and sudden changes in condition.
Patient & Family Education:



Educate patients and their families about long-term condition management, rehabilitation exercises, and discharge instructions

Requirements
Education: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
License: Active and valid nursing registration with the state nursing council.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with previous exposure to neuroscience, neuro-ICU, or neuro-rehabilitation being highly preferred.
Skills: High stress tolerance, proficiency in handling complex medical equipment, and solid communication abilities.
