We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Cold-calling prospective customers and scheduling client meetings

• Meeting customers regularly and achieving assigned targets

• Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new customers

• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable electronic component solutions





• Negotiating prices, terms, and closing deals

• Maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM

• Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

• Proven ability to convince, negotiate, close deals, and achieve targets

• Basic understanding of electronic components and the semiconductor market

• Knowledge of applications such as Telematics, Smart Metering, POS, Sound-Box, E-bike, and relevant IoT segments.

• Basic technical understanding of electronic components and applications

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems

• Willingness to use CRM platforms such as Salesforce for lead and chance tracking

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English
