Resolve incidents & Change requests related to Successfactors sub modules
Resolve Configuration changes and Integration issues for Global Issues including India
Documentation of configurations and other business processes
Handholding in Uploads of MDF & other Objects, Form template changes

Other Responsibilities





SAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules

Required qualification

Graduate/Post Graduate

Length of overall experience

6 years (2 years functional experience in manufacturing industry and 4+ years in SAP HR)

Implementation or Support experience in atleast 2 or more of below mentioned Successfactors modules
