Job Summary

Simpel Techlabs Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ERPNext Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and working knowledge of ERPNext software. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate data entry within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using ERPNext
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification
- Generate invoices, payment follow-ups, and financial reports
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records
- Assist in monthly closing and audit-related activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and approvals




- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of data in ERPNext

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext accounting module
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably ERPNext

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
