Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be capable of handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
Prepare sales and purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Assist with GST billing, GST return filing, and tax-related documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
Perform stock verification and maintain inventory records.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
Support internal and external audits.




Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP or accounting software.
Knowledge of financial reporting and bank reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
