As a Manager – Organization and Workforce Transformation within our People Consulting team, you will lead and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across Workforce Strategy, and Talent Management solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions spanning Talent Management Framework, Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR analytics.
You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable workforce and HR interventions that deliver measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Organization and Workforce Transformation engagements, focusing on people strategy and Talent Management frameworks including competency management, Career Framework, succession planning etc.
Deliver Total Rewards solutions, including job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, and benefits strategy design.
Deliver leadership assessment and development programs, including 360-degree assessments and targeted capability-building initiatives.
Lead Strategic Workforce Planning projects, including demand-supply analysis, scenario planning, and workforce optimization strategies.
Leverage HR analytics to generate data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making and improved workforce outcomes.
